Brett Martelli

Brett Martelli was admitted to the New Zealand bar in 1999.
In addition he was admitted as a solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court in 2001 and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2005.
Since admission Brett has practiced principally in the area of commercial litigation both in England and New Zealand. Within the area of commercial litigation he has managed both liability claims, security enforcement, liquidations and bankruptcies.
