Frana Divich

Frana Divich was admitted to the New Zealand bar in 1993. She was also admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 2000.
After completing her education Frana worked in a New Zealand provincial town for three years gaining experience in all areas of litigation but primarily acting for insurance companies on recoveries.
In 1996 she moved to the UK and worked as an in-house counsel for both a UK based insurance company and for a local authority. Upon her return to New Zealand in 2001, Frana worked in general commercial litigation before joining the firm in 2005.
Frana has appeared up to the Court of Appeal in New Zealand and the House of Lords in the UK.
Frana has been an associate since 2007.
